Bad f...... service.

My experiance with them was very bad, when i found out that i could not return a product which was faulty. Their reason for rejecting my return was because i have used it. This does not make sense because how was i suppose to test the product and found out if its working properly without using it! The f...k me over and it will NOT happen again. If this was the case by Builders Warehouse, they would have raccepted my return without hesitation. I'm so sorry for making use of Takalot........OMG!
