Bad expy

I bought a smart tablet device which was advertised to come with a screen protector and cover. It didn't. When I complained at takealoy via email they said I must return it. I am not happy to do that as the problem is with the accessories not the device . Secondly if I return they will refund me, the item is on special. What if I by the time they credit me and when I reorder and it goes off special ?

I asked this question 5 days ago and have received no response.

Very bad experience. This cover and screen protector will cost me more money now
