Bad experience with Takealot online order

Ordered a USN product, and got the notification the order is ready for collection. I scanned the code and the lady at the counter brought out a hand held vacuum cleaner!? Immediately did a return on my phone, to which there was no reply from Takealot. Been there again this week, mailed the photos requested, still no contact or update from Takealot. I have paid for something and didn't receive it, only received the incorrect item. Takealot cant seem to resolve this simple issue. Wonder what excuse will be offered, if any.... Bottom line is a legal transaction was done via my bank account, with no product received. I guess the next step would be legal action? Your call Takealot
