Bad experience with Takealot false advertising

I am extremely disappointed with my latest experience with Takealot's return service. I ordered an eyeliner that stated in the advert "smudge proof" and "lasts up to 48hrs". The first time I tried the product I found it was smudging a lot not long after application. I had to keep cleaning my eyelids because they were turning black and because the eyeliner kept smudging onto my eyelids it didn't last long. I have been wearing eyeliner for many years, but I searched on Google for tricks and hacks to make the eyeliner not smudge ... nothing helped. My frustration is that the advert states "30 days HASSLE FREE returns and 6 months warranty" on the product. But when I returned the product my return was declined. Takelot's returns policy and the advertising on the product are not aligned. If their policy is not to accept returns on cosmetic products they shouldn't advertise it as such.
