Bad experience with Takealot.

Takealot is a **** . I figured its best we stick to other online outlets either than this one. They are quick to take your money. But Their service is horrible. They do not take accountability for their mistakes and they do not respect their customers. I made an order on the 7th. My parcel got lost . Now I’m getting a run around regarding my replacement. One agent tells me it will take a month because its out of stock , another gives me another time frame. I was told on Thursday I would get feedback within 12-24 hours . Its been 3 days now. Never again. Do not order from them . They are nolonger the same!
