BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TAKEALOT

I ordered x2 smart watches which were delivered on time. On arrival one of the watches was defective, logged a return immediately and I was promised delivery on 28/11/2017. Since then it has been one hell if a bad service. I haven't received the item ever since not mentioning numerous calls I made to them and empty call back promises. Have all my calls recording and I won't let this one slide.
