Bad experience ticket number #***

Im really disappointed alot i place an order of a cylinder 5kg and wrong size was delivered and i place a return and they collected the cylinder

From the 26 may 2026 they advised that the voucher will be credited even its 03 june 2026 no credit was brought back

I have been calling send emails agent advising my voucher will be credited EOB but nothing was credit

Im not happy with takealot Im still waiting for my voucher so that i can order
