Bad experience of Takealot delivery process

You order then request for delivery but when they need to come deliver your goods the courier people tells you to come to a specific location to come fetch your goods.... Like that is inconvenient and discouraging to me as a customer to order again cause I will think and feel it will happen again. If I wanted to Collect my goods I would have kicked the collection button. Really it's boring then when you get there don't find the person. How will you feel?
