Bad experience of Take A Lot Pretoria East

I had a bad experience with Take a lot.

On the first day, 30 May 2022, the deliverer came to my house without calling me. he claims there was no one at the house. The following day, he came and he was so rude. He left with my package. I called TakeAlot branch in Pretoria East to complain. I was told they would reschedule and deliver my package the next day. I also asked for a number where I can call and report the behaviour of the driver. I called that office and complained. TakeALot Pretoria East sent me an SMS confirming the rescheduling of my package delivery. The new date wa 1 June 2022. at about 16:35 on 1 June, I received an SMS from TakALot saying my package was delayed. on 2 June 2022 at 10:37 I then receive an email saying due to unavailability my package was returned to the warehouse. I called TakeALot office to enquire as to what happened. I was told that I will have to order the products again because there was nothing they could do. My package has been sent back to the warehouse. I requested to speak to the manager. My call was transferred of which it rang for about 5 minutes before I decided to drop the cal. I am very disappointed with the service I received from TakeALot this time. I hope HelloPeter can help me to get my package. The traking number is ***
