Bad experience from Takealot.com

I ordered a fridge and was meant to be delivered on the 2nd of June the SMS said from08:00am until 17:00pm..I waited the whole day only for me to recieve an SMS saying it was delivered and 19:00pm to my address but there was no parcel/package delivered.I went to go query at Fores**** in Cape Town they told me to call customer services then I called they reschedule my order for the 4th of June ,I waited the whole day again then they arrived at 16:57pm the driver didn't want to offload the fridge telling me they were supposed to have knocked off at 16:00pm already I don't know whose fault was it that they came late.
