Bad Experience from Takealot

I bought 100meters of 2.5mm electric flat cable from Takealot at a ridiculous price but as the photos on the adverti*****t and sales page corresponded to the real product, I bought it. it was delivered promptly but it was only opened today 11/03/24. It was not even near the product advertised but thinking that it may work I opened it and tried stripping the cable. Now I even doubt if it is copper as the earth wire is brittle and just go to pieces in your hand. It is not 2.5mm as well, and one cannot even separate/strip the outer casing from the negative cable. Where there is the right codes and sizes printed on the cable in the photo of the adverti*****t, there is nothing on this cable. I also found a return for credit note on the wrapping stating that it is an inferior product. Something was also cut from the manufacturers label. So in fact, this product was returned but is being resold over and over again. I kept all the proof but doubt if I will get a refund because I cut a length of cable to test it.
