Bad experience from Takealot

I am writing this with heavy heart. I made an order at Takealot on the 17 of February 2025 and my order was delivered at a wrong courier facility according to the them and I was suppose to receive 4 parcels. I have been making follow ups on my order and they only delivered 3 parcels on the 11 March 2025 one Item was missing.

Been contacting them again about my item and I was told that they found the item but they do not know when it’s going to be delivered. Yhoo their service is frustrating and even the their employees at call centre do not have management’s contacts rather than email addresses. So all in all I am still waiting for something that I do not even know whether it’s going to be delivered or not.
