Bad experience

Good day I would like to raise a complaint. On the 15th I ordered pampers from takealot and I ordered size 5 box with 200 nappies. I got a size 4 instead with 264 nappies which is a bargain however, My son wears a size 5. I immediately called to notify them and advised I am not certain if a size 4 will fit, otherwise I would keep them. I asked if I can try baby on and they said no, they will arrange for collection and I will get size 5. On saturday I sent them the required photos with bar codes. NOTHING happened after that, yesterday I called to notify them O am left with 3 pampers and I have a delivery from them coming in today can they please make sure the delivery comes with my pampers as well. The lady was helpful and said she will escalate the matter, today My delivery came and my pampers are not delivered again, I email in the morning and had to call again in th3 afternoon, in the afternoon I advised I have 1 pampers left, I would now have to open their pampers and I am asking for permission, I was advised they will escalate to management as they can't make the call, I askwd to speak to management they advised its not possible. I got an email at 17:17 stating that th4 manager says I must not open the box otherwise I won't be able to return them. I asked that the manager calls me so we can discuss what to use as my pampers have now run out?. No one called me, instead I am told they will arrange collection tomorrow, I won't be available as it's my childs birthday and we are going away BUT leaving at 10am. Can someone please assist.
