Bad experience

I have had the worst experience ever with Takealot and would like to get some help. I made a purchase for some speakers, upon arrival the speakers were not as what I had seen on the page, they were rather very small than the actual picture. I then arranged a return as they would not serve any purpose to me. I was told the box was damaged and unsealed. Yes I did not seal the box but the damage of the box was not from me as the delivery is done with a scooter. I have tried numerous times to have them returned for a refund but to no avail. Please assist me
