Bad experience and no solid answers

We regularly buy from [URL Removed] and always had good service with no problems what so ever up in till 3 December 2015 when our package order no. *** was delivered according to takealot, however we did not receive it. So we phoned a couple of times (each time speaking to someone else and getting the same answer). Takelot says the package has been delivered and that a Muller has signed for it. Please bear in mind that the person suppose to get the package is Mundell. You will expect them to get it right seeing that they have delivered to this person on three recent occasions. Funny that takelot said that they must investigate the matter with their courier company but yet they could say from day one that it was delivered to a Muller? This was a birthday present to someone that caused alot of humiliation. If takelot can not sort out their couriers, they must please send me the details and I will do it myself. Please also note that should this matter not be solved within 24 hours, I will take it further
