Bad experience

Ordered 7 items. Two weeks later I received another persons order. It took a week of struggling with their customer support to get them to take it back and then a couple days later I received conformation that they would deliver what I ordered, except now they claimed that two of my items were out of stock. I checked the takealot website and saw both were in stock but that the price of the two items had increased.

So in summary because takealot made a mistake I now have to pay more for products I had already ordered and pay for shipping again.

Don't know if its due to bad company policy or the appalling customer service team. Can't wait for amazon to launch in SA.
