Bad experience

Takealot is the worst for always when I order I must have problems with them I ordered a iron and 4 bowls when my order arrives my 2 bowls were damaged and 2 were fine and I logged a return from they came to fetch it after day they telling me that I gave them back 3 bowls the other one is missing I'm really tired of this people instead of giving me the best service they giving me stress all the time when I order is a must to have a bad experience I've never seen such a bad experience I'm so done with them they might as well keep the bowls and my money IL never order anything from them again IL just delete the app.
