BAD EXPERIENCE

This is the second bad experience I am having with Takealot..which is very disappointing. I've had a parcel collected for return never to be seen again and no refund. Now I've had a return acknowledgement and message saying concluded...no refund in the 3-5 working day frame promised...first was a R300 loss...now R2400...I'm wondering how many others are having this experience?
