Bad experience

My experience with was since I previous ordered 2 times with them I receive my orders in time within 3 days. But this time around am experienced hard times getting my order. Since last year 27 Dec placed an order. They contacted me that my address is incorrect. I gave them 2 address including coordinate.. But till today no communication with the driver or customer service since I had Been emails no feedback or follow up updates. Till today am waiting for my order. Am very disappointed. Please TAKEALOT do something with this. It's very traumatizing to order but no feedback
