Bad Exchange Service

I ordered a pair of Mi True Wireless TWS Bluetooth 5.0 True wireless earbuds, but what i received 4 days later was a completely different product and different colour. I processed an exchange request, only to be told I must wait 7 days before the exchange can be completed, I phoned and spoke to Lunga Mqotsi to express my dissatisfaction and requested that the correct unit be brought with when they collect the incorrect one but I see now that it is not going to happen. Why must I be disadvantaged when the mistake was not on my part ?? i dont want a refund i just want the correct item which is showing IN STOCK! Return Ref Number # RRN-834c-2152
