Bad escalation Takealot

I have been trying to have a product, that was returned SSD hard drive, delivered back to a correct address with no luck. They said delivery would take place on 28 September 2023. I am still waiting. I have given the address for delivery and this matter is not being regarded as important. I am leaving Gauteng on Wednesday and this has been brought to their attention. I am still awaiting a response from them.
