BAD ****EN SERVICE

About a month ago i placed an order for 2 items . to my surprise on delivery only one item was being delivered. When i asked the driver he said the other should be coming with a different delivery guy , I later called Take a lot that confirmed that one item was canceled. I than returned the one item which was R49 . How ever when i paid i paid for delivery as well . i now got a refund but only for R49 . WHY IS THIS ? I need my full refund . you cannot expect me to pay R120 FOR A SIMPLE COLURING BOOK , THE ITEM WAS RETURNED WHY AM I NOT GETTING MY FULLREFUND
