Bad driver attitude

Please I don't ever want the driver Richard to deliver for me anymore. He's got a stinking attitude. He called me to meet him at the station he didn't wanna come to my house. When I got there he wasn't there, when I call him he said he's not allowed to deliver where there's no tar road and GPS not picking up locations. In that case our orders musnt be taken in then. I mean I've ordered thousand times online I always get my stuff with no problems. But Richard thinks he's special I don't know with what. He also told me he marked my address he won't accept delivery at my house.
