Bad disappointing service

I ordered 2 packs of Underplate 33cm Grooved Pattern 6 piece (silver) from takealot sold by Fujel Patel which were delivered on 11 June but when I opened them I discovered that 1 was not identical with the others and badly scratched, the other one was broken into pieces, I sent them back, instead of delivering the correct items back to me,they sent me some set of glasses that I didn't even order. I reported it and they collected their glasses but never sent me back my correct underplates nor contact me to update me. They have been dead quiet!
