BAD DELIVERY TRACKING AND BAD COMMUNICATION

I am really disappointed in the takealot team. I placed an ordered with them on Monday, 25 July 2022. They shipped the parcel on Tuesday, 26 July at 02:46. They then stated that I will receive my parcel on Thursday the 28 July. Since Monday I've been tracking my parcel and it never showed me new information. After a lot of calls and emails, two workers at takealot stated to me that my parcel will arrive at the warehouse on 27 July and that my parcel will still be delivered on the 28 July. I just received a SMS which tell me that my parcel will only be delivered tomorrow on the 29th and that my parcel only arrived at the warehouse today. How is it possible for a parcel to travel from Cape Town to Bloemfontein for more than 50 hours? I will definitely not buy anything from them again.
