Bad Delivery Service (WORST)

I am seriously furious and disappointed with the service I am getting from Takealot delivery, 2 weeks later my parcel is nowhere to be found it was estimated that I will be getting it on the 21 January, it moved from that to on monday the 24 nothing happened, I received an email saying that it will be delivered on 1 february after that I am still seating here and got an email saying they will deliver today the 25 January I made plans to make sure I had the cash with me borrowed from colleagues and to my surprise I still am waiting for the delivery around 17:10 I am told that the driver wont make it on time after I wasted my time and energy to make sure I have the cash since it is COD, I am now told it won't be possible.

I am soo disappointed in the service I am getting from Takealot this is really not fair.
