Bad delivery service of Takealot and Mr D in branch at Sunninghill in Sandton

I paid for a book on 25 November 2022 and it is now 15 December 2022 and still no book and then they also lost my book last week and then got a replacement book and still everyday Sunninghill branch of Mr D say they cannot find Maxwell Drive in Sunninghill where my work is located and they have my work name which is clearly displayed on the side of Maxwell drive and driver says he went to Mall of Africa which is on other end of Maxwell Drive then he says he went to World of Golf which is on other end of Maxwell drive meaning he rode right past my work and my work is a drop-down on internet when I ordered book and they do not want to give me Sunninghill branch of Mr D contact details so I can explain to driver where I am. Very bad service.
