Bad delivery service from Takealot

I placed an order on Takealot on the 30th of October 2025, till today i am still waiting for my order to be delivered. According to my takealot app delivery was supposed to take place on the 6th of November 2024, its been 22 days and i am still waiting, no update on the app, i tried calling many times but i am not getting through to their customer service helpline, i have sent emails back and forth, everyday its a different consultant telling me a different lie of delivery being soon and they'll keep me updated or requesting for my delivery address on repeat, all the times that ive ordered from takelot before i used to same address. I dont know why takealot is being so ***********. Im very dissapointed honestly because at this point i want a refund💔
