bad delivery service

can this please be looked into, something is not right here. Order #***7 The driver called me as I was literally around the corner then told him my son will open which he did. He then said the delivery was rescheduled. When has takealot ever said they going to deliver, arrive then say the items is not available. I expect a full refund. He arrived at 3PM says we were not home then at 3.24 PM said we took delivery, which is very dodge. We waited outside as he was standing over our driveway. I now see he says we were not home, which is crazy, as we were right in front of him. I am not happy about this, that is just terrible service. Now I see an updated note saying we took delivery.
