Bad Delivery Service

Worst Delivery Experience I have had, Takealot has failed to reach out to us about Delivery, and without contacting me decides to refund and cancel the order(please note I really needed this order) they could have called to find an Alternative or just call but instead they took the Lazy Way out, and now this item that I really needed is sold out and it wont be their problem. Please start using Amazon, because Takealot is not it
