Bad Delivery service

I subscribed to TakealotMORE in order to purchase and receive a TV the following day as it was advertised online.

I purchased the TV on the 29th of Nov 2024, today is Wednesday, the 4th of December. When I try to track the order, all I get is "Delivery rescheduled." When I complain online or via email, I keep on getting the same copy-and-paste email response. I've been calling the help center at *** and still holding the line.

I love Takealot, but this is unacceptable from their end.
