Bad delivery service

Ordered three items on the 19th of May that were suppose to arrived 3 days later. Two days later I receive an email saying that one of my items will be delayed so delivery will only take place on the 27th. Today was the day and not even an email sent out to notify me what is going on.

When I track my items, the package hasn’t moved from the initial check point.

This was a very bad idea.
