BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

I don't know how many times I've had issues with these online companies and their courier guys. I ordered items that were listed as 'In Stock', I was pleasantly surprised when the items were scheduled for delivery earlier than expected but as usual, the courier guys didn't call me when trying to deliver. I received NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER, the complex that I live in has a keypad to contact me should you not want to use your airtime and even that was not made use of to get in touch with me! Instead I receive a text message stating that the order has been rescheduled. I am sick and tired of calling these companies call centres to argue about the incompetence of their delivery guys! PLEASE PROVIDE A SERVICE IN JOHANNESBURG, WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN COLLECT THEIR ORDERS INSTEAD OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY!
