Bad Delivery Service

I placed an order last week and delivery date was for the 12th of November. Received a sms at about 09:30 on the 12th stating they delivered but no recipient was at home, I then contacted them several times to reschedule for the 13th of November and I told them to make a note to delivery after 15:00 in the afternoon, I received confirmation from them that delivery will take place after 15:00 but then I get another sms today after 09:00 stating they delivered but nobody was there. I phoned take a lot and first spoke to a lady (Olwethu) and she told me that she can see it is for after 15:00 and she will contact courier and find out and phone me back, at 11:00 still no phone call from her so I phoned again and spoke to a gentleman (Banele) he said delivery was not rescheduled for after 15:00 I told him that order better be delivered today after 15:00 he said he will contact them and phone me back when they let him know.
