bad delivery service

I recently placed an order and requested to have it delivered no later than on my daughter’s birthday(2/3/18) as it was a birthday present. The order was placed on the 26/2/18.

The order was delivered to my workplace without calling me, it was “dumped” at my goods receiving room, when it was delivered my department was out of office for a team outing.

My daughter had the most awful birthday because the order was at my work for 4 days because I only got an email from my work about a “parcel” waiting for me once back in the office(6/3/18).
