Bad Delivery Service

Based on previous comments it doesn't seem Takealot really cares about customer service, especially if it comes to delivery times. I ordered and paid for my items on 10 January and was promised it would be delivered by latest 19 January. It's now the 22nd and I'm still waiting. This is not the first time as I previously cancelled my order after not receiving delivery after almost 2 weeks! Why use a courier which does not deliver? I happened to also make a purchase on Wednesday 10 January from a company in Fourways. Friday the 12th, 48 HOURS LATER, The Courier Guy delivered the item to my house near Swellendam. That's service!! I will NEVER again purchase from takealot!
