Bad delivery service

I placed a order on the 27th of January and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 11th of February. On the 5th of Feb the courier partner of takealot, UTi phoned us to say they wanted to deliver. The package never reached us. Then on the 10th of Feb we received a SMS saying that the delivery will take place between 08:00 and 17:00, again nobody showed up. After a long search I managed to find the package, but the UTi partner servicing my area does not deliver to my town. The package was given to a third party courier company, Time Fright. When I phoned them they acknowledged that they have the package but will only deliver it on the 17th of Feb. All that Takealot has to say is sorry. The delivery service from them is poor as well as after-sales service.
