Bad delivery department

My parcel was due for delivery on 05Dec. If I did not create a ticket, takealot would not have known. I was just told when I query it that they will confirm with delivery department about it. Well, I am still waiting for my paid item to be delivered. Now since the 5th Dec the tracking page only shows PARCEL LEFT FACILITY. Today it shows again. PARCEL LEFT FACILITY. To me it looks like someone is editing the tracking feature ominously. Something's fishy
