Bad Delivery Delays on Takealot

I placed an order on the 2nd of December 2025; however, my order was said to be delivered within a week. The order was then delayed to the 15th of December, and now they are telling me that there has been a further delay, and now the estimated date of delivery would be 23 December 202,5, which is unacceptable. They managed to deliver one item of my order on 5 December.

I don't understand why they just can't deliver what is available, as they did on the 5th of December. The service is becoming worse by the day. I will be taking my business to Amazon going forward.
