bad delivery and pick up.

i have bought a washing line from them. they delivered the wrong item. we phone them to please come and pick up the wrong item. the lady pitch and according to her her car was to small to pick up the parcel. That was about 3 weeks ago. Since them we are battling to let the pick up happen. Yesterday they promise for today. a few minutes ago they sent a sms to reschedule reason according to them we are not in rooms. ........... no one was here to do the pick up. Let me tell you i will never never order something from take allot. the service is very very bad.
