Bad delivery and customer service!!!

I ordered a gift on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday to my guy.Thursday I receive a notification that the address I have supp**** is not complete, they will call me to get a correct address and reschedule. I make an attempt to call since I desperately needed that gift to be delivered Friday since it was his birthday. I spoke to Buyelekhaya and he assured me that the address and note has been left for a driver and assured me that the gift will definitely be delivered Friday. Friday morning I called them just to double check if all is in order and the very same person assured me that it’s all in order, the gift will be delivered. Friday before 1pm I then get a notification that the recipient was not available at the time of delivery.I quickly call my guy to find out whether he is home cause the driver was there to deliver to my surprise to find out no one attempted to call or even message him at all. How the **** do you deliver something to someone without informing them?? Then make up your mind that they are not available?. Fine I call takealot and tell them that the drivers didn’t show up and we waiting for a gift. I spoke to Raabia, she promised to call a call centre and get the driver to go back. We waited till around 3. I called again and spoke to one rude lady who could not even let me finish talking without disturbing me. Her name was Mickaylin, very rude that lady 😡 We then got to the conclusion that the driver is being informed to go back and attempt to deliver again. Mind you at this point I’m so ****ed cause it’s my guy birthday and I needed him to get that gift on the day. And no one showed up. This morning, Saturday I receive an sms that they will deliver and again I get a stupid message that the address I provided is incorrect. How stupid and ridiculous?. Worse no one is calling to get a correct address which was updated Thursday. Are you guys running a business or a tuck shop? At this point I’m done with takealot honestly. What was supposed to be specials has been ruined terribly, I even regret why I ordered with y’all to begin with. I’m angry and very disappointed with your service.
