Bad delivery

I have ordered alot from them. But the last few deliveriers where a nightmare . There short a item.what i paid for and i send an email immediatly to inform them on the 5th march . It has been nou 11 days and still no feedback of refunded me. What can i do Takealot is getting bad bad
