Bad Delivery

I placed an order ( & paid R36 760 ) the 17th of May. The delivery date was then first set for the 3rd of June. Wasn't ecstatic but, I could understand. The delivery date changed again to the 29th of May. Today I went on the app and it changed to the 15th of June. Almost a month after the order has been made and paid for. Going through each product purchased, the maximum day of delivery is 10 days. If that is the case I should have had my order yesterday. By delaying the delivery of the purchase they are also sabotaging the interest I could have earned on the above mentioned amount. Due to their phone lines being down I have filed a query and no one as of yet has contacted me regarding this issue.
