Bad delivery

My order was to be delivered on 8 June between 08h00 and 17h00. At 19h40 the driver called and asked whether I will receive after 20h00. I accepted too. When he arrived at 20h10, he realized he decided not to load the 25kg dogfood due to space in his car. He kept the full order and promissed to deliver on 9 June not later than 07h00. Despite many calls, it is still not delivered. Takealot customer care is not working. Not easy to get reaction from them
