Bad customer service takealot.

I bought a printer from takealot it cost me R2500 it has a 5 year warenty because of loadsheding the printer stopped working i send it back and i waited for too weeks after too weeks the printer was returned not fixed with out a phone call or sms saying why the printer was returned unfixed the delivery guy gave the printer back too my wife without any information of the printer not fixed i informed takealot the printer was returned unfixed they told me nonsense of saying we didn't take good care of the printer i am w customer of takealot for 8 year's and this is the had service i get from them i don't believe i will buy at takealot ever again.
