Bad customer service TAKEALOT!!

Purchased an xbox from them. Just after i placed order I realised that I had not ordered the bundle with the extra controller by mistake. Sent them a message immediately to rectify the situation. Have had multiple communication from 3 different agents with no luck. I then requested the customer service manager's details to escalate my query up the food chain - no luck. He or she prefers to remain anonymous. Will be taking my business elsewhere - they reall don't handle complaints well at all!!
