bad customer service refund

I bought a product on takealote in Dec Bought two products it was put in the same box I didn’t even open it because I didn’t want it anymore because I had the oder more of the paint and it would work out to expensive they refund the pen but not the the paint and the paint was about R849 it was returned the 19 Dec 2024 still wating for out come. This is the second time I have a refund problem bad bad bad.
