Bad customer service received and losing money and receiving nothing in return.

Item is what you expect but service I received allow me to share my experience based on customer service delivery. I was granted by mobicred decided to buy this item then the same day changed my mind canceled order because the interest they charged are very high on the installment per month. Then I received I mail from take alot that notified me order was canceled credit will be refunded, 2weeks later I received a statement of my first installment will be debited just to find out takealot HR never did there work to refund the credit, I had to call more then once by time they refunded the credit I was held liable as the customer by mobicred for 7% interest R750 payment understanding and I explained it's unfair because why am I be being held liable due to takealots HR incompetence really pathetic service that I received and takealot only gave me a R150 voucher and a laim appoligy. Then after pay the R750 to mobicred they still had the ordesity to debit a R170 but I owed them nothing and had to call again and waited working days for my refund of R170. Then I told them to close my credit account with them then lady still have the ordesity to tell me mam are you aware if you close your account you will never ever be able to open an account with us again so I told her am very happy for my decision and I'll rather have the account close then to end up paying money to lost course of incompetence on both ends that don't benefit me at all and in the process get a bad credit record I have very good record so there's other places that can first of all offer much better service and lower interest then what you offered and had to indure and experience. So this is just a hands up to customers please be aware.
