Bad Customer Service - Pick Up Point - Secunda

The only reason you see one star here as there is no option for no stars. Your staff at the pick up point in Secunda need to learn some manners and take a course on how to deal with customers. I have sent a present to my grandchild for his birthday. My daughter went to collect it. I made the mistake of putting the address as the Pick up Point in Secunda, thinking that its the way to tell them that it does not need to go out on a delivery and it will be collected. My daughter is in tears as they were so rude to her when she explained the mistake I made. They told her that they can do nothing for her as the parcel is out on delivery. So - out on delivery to the Pick up Point, Secunda??? As this is the address they have. They have told her that there is nothing they can do for her and she must travel back to Secunda tomorrow and hopefully it will not be out on delivery when she gets to the Pick up Point. She says they humiliated her and she does not even want to go and see if the parcel might be there in the morning as no person should endure the bad level of service they gave to her. Seriously - wake up. You are going to get competition and I hope the opposition coming in will not employ any of you based on the bad reviews on Hello Peter.
