Bad customer service - No response from call Centre - No Product available no refund

I Bought a Samsung A25 and I received a power bank. I returned the product on the 05-08-2024. I was then informed that their supplier has no stock and then will process a refund. I called a few times with no luck, I was told that my refund will be escalated and I till now nothing has been done.

This is really disappointing and hope it can be resloved soon.
